We offer Active Isolated Stretching (AIS). AIS Stretches are held briefly for up to two
seconds. Your active participation and short stretch help relieve injuries and restore balance.
We quickly identify the problem areas using different positions creating a greater stretch in the muscle.
Through precise realignments we create more “isolation” achieving greater range of motion and pain relief.
At the end we give you a corrective exercise and stretching program personalized to you.
